Payment
Full payment is required at booking to reserve your place. Your booking includes the instruction and materials stated in the workshop description.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 10 calendar days of registering and receive a refund, provided the workshop has not begun.
After that period, payments are non-refundable for a change of mind, except where a refund is required by law.

Transferring to another date
With at least 30 days’ notice, you may transfer your registration once to an available date for the same workshop at no transfer fee.
Requests made with less than 30 days’ notice will be considered individually. A transfer is not guaranteed.
An approved transfer must be to a workshop taking place within 12 months of your original registration. If Andrea cannot offer a suitable date within that period, an extension or other resolution will be agreed in writing.
Transferring your place to another person
You may request to transfer your place to another person before the workshop begins. There is no transfer fee. Contact Andrea in writing so the registration can be updated. The recipient must meet any stated participation requirements and complete the required intake form and agreement.
Andrea does not arrange or take responsibility for any private payment between you and the recipient.
Attendance and late arrival
Please arrive on time. Workshops begin and finish at their scheduled times.
Missed instruction is not repeated, and separate makeup instruction is not provided. Late arrival or early departure may mean you cannot complete the workshop activity.
If you do not attend and have not arranged an approved transfer, your payment is forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Illness or emergencies
If illness or an emergency prevents you from attending, contact Andrea as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered individually and will be confirmed in writing. Please do not attend while unwell with a potentially contagious illness.
Respectful conduct and safety
Please treat Andrea, other participants, the venue, and equipment respectfully and follow instructions for the activities and materials.
Disrespect, threats, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Changes or cancellation by Andrea
If Andrea cancels the workshop or makes a material change to its date or location, you may choose to transfer to an agreed alternative or receive a refund for the affected workshop.
