Payment and refunds
Payment is required in full at booking. Payments are non-refundable for a change of mind, except where a refund is required by law. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation link, at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment remains available toward your rescheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments forfeit the session payment.
Late arrival
Sessions finish at their scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment is treated as missed and the session payment is forfeited.
Practitioner cancellation or lateness
If Andrea needs to cancel, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund for the cancelled session.
If Andrea is more than 15 minutes late, you may reschedule without losing your payment. You will also receive one additional session at no charge.
Illness or emergencies
If illness or an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact Andrea as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered individually and will be confirmed in writing. Please do not attend while unwell with a potentially contagious illness.
Transfers
You may request to transfer your paid session to another person by contacting Andrea in writing at least 24 hours before the appointment. There is no transfer fee. The recipient must complete the required intake form and agreement before attending.
Consent and comfort
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical or mental health care. Your preferences for touch will be discussed before the session. You may ask questions, change your preferences, or pause or stop the session at any time.
