Reiki Master/Teacher Terms & Conditions
Prerequisite
You must have completed Reiki Level 2 before enrolling in this Master/Teacher training. By registering, you confirm that you have met this prerequisite.
Payment
The payment required to reserve your place is shown at checkout. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before training begins.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 10 calendar days of registering and receive a refund of the amount paid, provided the training has not begun.
After that period, payments are non-refundable for a change of mind, except where a refund is required by law.

Transferring to another training date
With at least 30 days’ notice before your training begins, you may transfer your registration once to another available Reiki Master/Teacher training at no transfer fee.
Requests made with less than 30 days’ notice will be considered individually. A transfer is not guaranteed.
An approved transfer must be to training taking place within 12 months of your original registration. If Andrea cannot offer a suitable date within that period, an extension or other resolution will be agreed in writing.
Transferring your place to another person
You may request to transfer your registration to another person before training begins. There is no transfer fee. Contact Andrea in writing so the registration can be updated. The recipient must complete the required intake form and agreement before attending.
Andrea does not arrange or take responsibility for any private payment between you and the recipient.
Attendance
Full attendance on all scheduled training days is required to complete this course and receive your certificate. Please arrive on time and remain for the full training.
Missed instruction cannot be made up separately. If you arrive late, leave early, or miss any part of the training, you will not meet the completion requirements and will not receive your certificate.
If you do not attend and have not arranged an approved transfer, your registration payment is forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Illness or emergencies
If illness or an emergency prevents you from attending, contact Andrea as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered individually and will be confirmed in writing. Please do not attend while unwell with a potentially contagious illness.
Changes or cancellation by Andrea
If Andrea cancels the training or makes a material change to its date or location, you may choose to transfer to an agreed alternative or receive a refund of payments made for the affected training.
Training fees cover the instruction and materials listed in the training description. Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included unless expressly stated.
Participation and respectful conduct
Participants are expected to treat one another, Andrea, and the training space respectfully. Disrespect or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the training without refund.
Preferences for touch during Reiki practice will be discussed. You may ask questions, change your preferences, or pause a practice activity at any time.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical or mental health care.
