You’ll make a complete set of eight crystal-infused sprays:

You’ll choose from a selection of crystals and essential oils for each spray, with guidance along the way, so you understand what you’re choosing and can make each one your own.

    You don’t need any previous Reiki, chakra, crystal or essential oil experience.

  • You’ll make eight 2 oz crystal-infused sprays in total:

    You’ll have choices of essential oils and crystal chips traditionally associated with each chakra, so you can create combinations that appeal to you rather than everyone making exactly the same blend.

    I’ll guide you through the options as we make each spray together.

  • Everything needed to create your eight sprays is included, including your bottles, alcohol-free spray ingredients, essential oils, crystals and labels.

    You’ll also receive a reference guide to take home with information about each spray and ideas for using them.

  • Yes.

    We’ll look at each of the seven main chakras, where it is located, its traditional colour and associations, and some of the crystals and essential oils commonly connected with it.

    The focus is on giving you enough information to understand what you’re creating and make choices that feel meaningful to you.

  • You can incorporate your sprays into Reiki, meditation, grounding, reflection or other everyday practices.

    Your reference guide will give you ideas for when you may want to reach for each spray, while leaving room for you to decide how they fit into your own routines.

  • This workshop involves multiple essential oils so it may not be the right environment for someone with significant essential oil scent sensitivities.
